If neither of the aforementioned applies to you, interview someone about the difficult/painful work feedback they’ve received or delivered.Write a 200 word paper  and share you difficult/painful feedback situation. Also, share whether they think the feedback was well received or not – received by you if you were the one getting the feedback or received by the other person if you were delivering the feedback. Then come up with 2 “Dos” and 2 “Don’ts” for delivering difficult/painful feedback. Consider the information provided about giving feedback in Chapter 8.
