Hello, my name is Chameka Dalton and I am a student at Ashford University completing my Masters in Early Childhood Education. This will be my first teaching position. I gained great experience during undergrad while completing my Residency program, student teaching with kindergarten and 2nd grade. I also worked as a substitute teacher for the 2nd half of this past school year, mainly subbing for grades pre-k- 3rd. This master’s program has also allowed me to gain knowledge needed to be an effective teacher.
