Read the study, Trust in Schools: A Core Resource for School Reform by Anthony S. Bryk and Barbara Schneider (March 2003). This is a longitudinal study of 400 Chicago elementary schools which focused on the central role of relational trust and integrity in building effective education communities.Post your reflection as to how you will begin to build trust with your staff in your first school leadership position.
