Individual written report of 3-4 pages (including
bibliography)
Select a topic in relation to the course field
– a firm or a merger that has experienced cross cultural issues
– a topic of this course : diversity, cross cultural issues in
marketing or during negociations

Your report shall include :
– Introduction of your selected topic (describe the firm / the
merger or the topic selected) – ½ page
– Analyze the cross cultural issue(s) with the appropriate tools
seen during the course – ½ to 1 page

Your report shall include :
– Recommendations : retrieve some articles (either on EBSCO or from business magazines
or journal : The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Business Week etc.) that describe similar
situation(s) and explain what the managers of the firm, merger or placed in the situation
you have selected could have done better – ¾ to 1 page
– Conclusion : what you learned from your research for this assignment, further exploration
that could be done to expand on your research, etc. – ¼ to ½ page
– References : Please use Harvard referencing system
