Research and locate at least 3 separate agencies

1. Research and locate at least 3 separate agencies in YOUR geographic area and their services that might benefit the client.  Do not list all the services of the agency, only those that will apply to your client. Identify services on at least two levels that will benefit your client: micro, mezzo, and macro.  ***Be sure to identify the intervention and label it with one of those practice levels.

2. Discuss which ethical values (a minimum of 3) the social worker demonstrated in working with this client and explain how they were demonstrated. You learned these six ethical values in SWK 101. See NASW Code of Ethics. The link was provided in Week 2.
