Although you are only being graded on the body paragraph, you must make any necessary changes to the introduction based on your instructor’s feedback. Your instructor will be looking for a strong connection between the topic sentence of your body paragraph and the first supporting point from your thesis statement, which facilitates seamless movement from your introduction to the body of your essay.Your body will be scored using the following rubric:
