 There is an increasing trend to try juvenile offenders in adult court, rather than to adjudicate them as juveniles.  Explain the purposes of juvenile justice and critically examine whether or not it is treat violent, juvenile offenders as adults in court.  What is the youngest age that a child should be eligible for transfer to adult court?
